Follow these steps to start learning on TutorsLink.
Sign up with your email address or continue with Google. It takes less than a minute.
Use the filters on Find a Tutor to search by subject, level, language, timezone, and price.
Click "Book Free Demo" on any tutor card to schedule a free 30-minute taster session — no payment required.
After your demo, confirm your first paid session and begin your learning journey at your preferred pace.
After each session, leave an honest review to help other students and support your tutor's profile.
👨🏫 For Tutors
Follow these steps to start earning on TutorsLink.
Fill in the tutor application form with your subjects, qualifications, and availability. Takes about 10 minutes.
Our team reviews every application within 2 business days. You'll receive an email with your decision and next steps.
Once approved, add your profile photo, write a compelling bio, list your subjects and rates, and set your availability.
Students will browse your profile and contact you to arrange demo and paid sessions. Respond within 24 hours.
Use the TutorsLink platform or an agreed video tool (e.g. Zoom, Google Meet) to deliver your sessions.
Monthly payouts are sent by the 5th of the following month. From month 2, you keep 100% of your earnings.
💳 Account & Billing
Answers to common account and payment questions.
How do I change my password? +
Go to your account settings by clicking your profile icon in the top right corner, then select "Security". Click "Change Password", enter your current password, then your new password twice, and confirm. You'll receive a confirmation email once the change is saved.
How do I update my payment details? +
Navigate to your account settings and select "Billing". From there you can add, remove, or update your saved payment methods. Changes take effect immediately for future bookings.
When are payouts sent to tutors? +
Tutors receive monthly payouts by the 5th of each month for all sessions completed in the previous calendar month. You can view a full breakdown of your earnings in your tutor dashboard.
How do I cancel my subscription? +
You can cancel your subscription at any time from account settings under "Billing & Subscription". Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
How do I delete my account? +
To permanently delete your account, go to account settings and select "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page. Alternatively, email privacy@tutorslink.com with your request. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What browsers are supported? +
TutorsLink works best on the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari. We recommend keeping your browser up to date for the best experience. Internet Explorer is not supported.
Is there a mobile app? +
We do not currently have a dedicated mobile app, but TutorsLink is fully responsive and works great in mobile browsers on both iOS and Android. A dedicated app is on our roadmap — stay tuned!
What video tool do you use for sessions? +
Sessions can be conducted using the TutorsLink platform's built-in video tool, or by agreement between student and tutor using a preferred tool such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. Confirm your preferred method with your tutor before your first session.
I'm having connection issues — what should I do? +
First, try refreshing the page and checking your internet connection. If the issue persists, try a different browser or clear your cache and cookies. If you experience connection problems during a live session, let your tutor know immediately via chat and try reconnecting. If the session cannot proceed, reach us on Discord or Instagram and we'll make it right.
